Madden NFL 16 Primer: Why 'Draft Champions' Matters

Madden 15 Dolphins Ratings

The Miami Dolphins ratings are in, with plenty to argue over.
The Miami Dolphins ratings are in, with plenty to argue over.

Madden 15 Dolphins ratings are in, and it’s time to see just how EA feels about this season’s team in their upcoming football video game. Who is rated too high, who is too low, and who needs fixing come release-day roster patch?

Following an 8-8 season, EA didn’t have a ton of incentive to enhance the Miami Dolphins ratings significantly, however there are a few players that definitely stand out as masterful in the Madden franchise. RB Lamar Miller has the physical skills to be one of the better backs in the game, while WR Mike Wallace is right up there with DeSean Jackson as the gold standard for deep threats.

Perhaps what most people care about as far as Madden 15 Dolphins ratings go are the new rookies, which include the likes of players like second-round pick WR Jarvis Landry, and of course first-round OT Ja’Wuan James. Madden NFL is well-known for humbling rookies with poor overall ratings, but giving them a few interesting skills they can build around moving forward.

Check out what the full Madden 15 Dolphins player ratings look like this year below, which we’ve put together in an easier-to-read format than EA’s official spreadsheet release. Moreno is so overrated

I’m not buying the 64 overall rating for Jarvis Landry…he is faster and overall better than a 64…plus he is slated to win the 4th wr spot on the team ahead of Rishard Mathews…He should at least be a 70 with at least 88 speed…he is going deep in practice against everyone…no way a 84 spd wr is doing that…

    • miamiboi

Youre right, I seen some of that speed during tonight’s preseason game when he returned that punt.

Olivier Vernon had 11.5 sacks last season, 7th in the league, and he is only a 80 overall…wtf?

  • Brandon Ragland

This is a really good choice for 15! Def on my list to try out.

Olivier Vernon shouldn’t be 80 OVR, at least 85 come on! Jarvis got way underrated, but i hope he plays good in the preseason games to get upgraded.

Misi is the MLB –so that needs to change, D Williams RB could be added along with TE Gator.
MIller is having a great camp 1st team RB

Tannehill 70 DAC is going to be a big problem getting the ball down field to Wallace consistently. But this was a problem in real life I guess.

very true but 70 is a bit low. Its going to be tough to pass deep with the new passing mechanics with that 70 DAC.

Just Finished me second season in cfm as a coach for dolphins, i developed tanny into 97 OVR QB. I also got Vernon to 89 OVR.. I like the new developing game prep they added.
