Russell Wilson may not have the prototypical height of an NFL quarterback, but his story and success has been easy to spot this year for NFL fans. But is he underrated in Madden 13? Some statistics say he is.

Sports gaming blog Pastapadre has taken out much of the guess work in ratings this year by taking a look at actual in-season performance and translating it evenly into Madden. For rookie QB Russell Wilson, the stats indicate he hasn’t just been good, but that he’s better than ratings czar Donny Moore has given him credit for this season.

Russel Wilson’s Season (Week 15)
Yards: 2697
Comp: 63%
TD: 21
INT: 9
QBR: 68.7

The Seattle Seawhawks QB is currently rated a respectable (for a rookie) 85 overall inside Madden, however we can expect this number to increase in the next ratings update following his incredible 4 TD performance against Buffalo in Week 15. For a complete list of all the QBs that are overrated, underrated, or sitting just fine in Madden 13 this year, check out the full story on Pastapadre. It even comes with a pretty table.
